Situated in the heart of the Esk Valley , Egton Bridge is considered to be one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire. The house is surrounded by wonderful scenery and is an excellent base from which to explore the countryside and the East Coast such as Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Staithes and much more!

This 19th century farmhouse has been carefully restored to maintain its original character, including log fires which provide a cosy atmosphere in winter and in the summer guests can relax in the large garden and enjoy the magnificent views. To the front of the property is an orchard garden, and there are also gardens and parking at the rear of the property.

Broom House contains 4 bedrooms ensuite and 2 suites.A traditional dinning room and cosy lounge for all guests to use.

The Cottage

Broom cottage has be converted from an existing barn, and has been developed and decorated to a high standard.
The cottage has two comfortable bedrooms, which sleeps four persons.
The fully furnished lounge and kitchen are attractive and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen also has a washing machine, dryer and fridge freezer.
Bathroom with shower.

We have 2 cottages which are superbly situated by the river Esk.Enclosed gardens,south facing.Also decorated to a very high standard.
Esk cottage sleeps 3 and Haven cottage sleeps 4.
